I photographed my friend's engagement session over the weekend. It was cold, but I convinced them to let me take them outside for a few. You can't beat natural light and beautiful outdoor locations. We finished up indoor, in the warmth. Toby warned me before the session that I might have a tough time with him, but he did great. No problem! I had so much fun with the two of them and can't wait for the wedding in June.

Nice pictures.
I'm struck particularly by the first picture. It is defiant and angry, almost daring the viewer to intrude upon them. She in particular seems angry and he seems protective in a way that is holding her back from unleashing.
I cannot imagine anyone wanting this for their engagement book, but it is certainly a piece of art to hang on the wall.
This is another way of saying that I love the photo.
